Initiating a Return:

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take necessary steps to rectify it.
Exchanges:
For a faster exchange process, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
